I crocheted this purse specifically to put it on LIstia. Crocheted with worsted weight yarn (#4). Strap is long so that it can be folded and sewn. Strap may be fine for tall people. I followed pattern directions. It is easier to shorten than to lengthen.

Fully lined with calico like cotton of a tan background and small crimson flowers and green leaves.

Adorned with a crocheted flower which features a mother of pearl button center.

I would only hand wash this item in a pillow case in the sink or in a pillow case in a pan of cold water. I would lay flat to dry on towel. Acrylic yarn manufacturers always give the go ahead to machine washings. But I always wash my crocheted items by hand.

I've tried to show you in the photos how nice and new this purse is. It's been stored in a closed box.

Strap length 20 inches measures from one attached spot on purse to the other

Purse opening measures about 20 inches. Measuring an item such as yarn "with give", may result in different measurements by a small amount at different times. I'm just saying :) Trying to represent item to my best ability.
