One way that you can test turquoise to find out if it is real or composite is the hot pin test... You heat up a pin and try to pierce one of the stones. If it does not go through, if there is no smell or older, then generally it is usually genuine turquoise. If it is composite, the hot 10 will melt the polymer resin that they use to mold it. I hope that helps! :-D

Usually Genuine turquoise, Has many beads on them that are not the same each one is unique and strung and made that way in providing a Genuine item. Tumbled and polished real turquoise provides a more Attractive way of being made for ppl who like them the same size and or shape I'd say do the test anyway.

Although very attractive, I believe thi to be a turquoise composite. I only think this because every piece is perfectly round. This many cut and tumbled stones I don't see being the same.
