Retro Sardine Puzzle
The "Something is Fishy" sardine puzzle is a baffling brainteaser, this is the early version with the metal tin, carded and netted as shown. Probably packaged in the 1970's?

The 20 uniquely shaped sardines need to be placed back into their can. There is only one solution; The sardines are three layers deep.

Each sardine is discreetly marked, and a sheet with the solution is provided, for you cheaters out there. Tin measures approximately 3" x 4 1/4" x 7/8".

Questions & Comments

Are the individual sardines metal? Also, is the tin in good condition?

The sardines are plastic, the set in this listia auction has never been opened, still inside the net. The card atop it might be slightly limp with age, but otherwise like new.

Let me add here- This is for collectors, the tin comes with a metal rod like a skewer to pop it open.
