its 4th generation it does not come on now it will show the charge screen then does nothing so I am not sure if it can be fixed or not

Brancatlove--GIN (get it now) is only available after you have reached a certain level of Listia participation. So you can not use it right now since you just started on the website as a seller. Just keep selling, buying and being a good Listian and eventually they will give you that ability.
