Free Shipping In USA, all others exact fee Paypal only. I usually don't use tracking on seed auctions, but will leave it as an option for an extra fee of 2.00. It will take an extra trip to post office, and may delay the quick ship I usually provide by a day or two. I haven't had a problem not tracking seeds, but if you want it then you can send the nominal fee to my paypal at auction end and I will provide it for you. Since I pay postage, and send from home it works nicely and keeps cost down. It seems every time I go to post office I pay more for shipping than if I mail out from home bc they weigh and I cant get away with putting in extra's like I do when I send from home. So just keep that in mind.
