Shaman's Blue popcorn kernels are unique in that they retain more anthocyanin & cyanidin than traditional yellow popcorn, So it is healthier (!!) popping up into a snack that is higher in antioxidants than other varieties of popcorn.
112 days. 6 - 10 ft tall plants produce good yields of high quality, 8" long blue corn
Direct sow outside after danger of last frost. Plant about 4” apart and 1“ below soil surface. Rows should be spaced at 30”-36” apart.

Questions & Comments

Were the plants these came from exposed to chemicals of any sort (pesticides, insecticides, fungicides, etc)?

The source of the seeds was an organic grower who also takes a very strong stance against GMOs....so, as corn goes, it's pretty darn healthy. (as we all know by now, GMO contamination is a growing problem for farmers who want to stick with heirloom varieties -- we gotta stop Monsano & their madness/greed)
