I tried to bid, but tells me I was outbid. I can tell from the map that you live very close to the American Legion Post 14. I live in Pinellas Park. Just joined Listia, seems like a good deal!

When it says you were outbid it means the person winning at the moment has put in a higher bid when they first bid. For example if bid showing is only 55 and someone bids 150 it will only show a higher bid of 56 and go up according to next persons bid till they bid over that 150 then they will be the higher bidder. Hope that helps. It's a great sight. Since we live close if you win we can meet for local pick up.
