is the charging piece of phone intact still cuz i have one and the piece is missing broken off for the charger to charge it ..I'm not sure wut its called but its missing most of it on my phone in the charging port its surpost to be long inside the phone charging thing a.d mines is broken missing most of it which is why mine won't charge ..

The phone is fully intact. Nothing is physically broken. And since the battery is dead. The only info is on the back of the phone
