If you are health conscience and like to avoid hydrogenated oils and GMO's you most likely have a hard time finding Chocolate for your family during the holidays without spending a small fortune.
You can make your own chocolate and pour it into molds but it will melt if not refrigerated and will not have the snap that chocolate has when you break it apart.
