This is for a new pair of Coffee color lace trim leggings, they are like tights type of fabric. It says one size fits most, They are small looking coming out of the package but have good stretch. I have a pair and I wear a womens sz 16/18 and they fit me perfectly and stay in place. Best tights I have ever worn!! So comfortable!

Yes and yes. They are pretty small looking coming out of the package (like they look like my 8 yr old could wear them LOL) But they stretch to fit very well.
