Worn twice...arms look small but expand, sleeves are long and layered/ twirls at the ends. 100% polyester, made in Idonesia, machine washable, tumble dry at low temp.
Ruffles in front unbutton to open front. Color is black (not grey) with silverish sequenceand black shiny ribbon.
Size tag says 2X, but I wear an XL and it fits well.
