First Class Mail/Priority Flat Rate Envelope: USPS quotes first class mail/Priority Flat rate envelope as "varies by country."  From experience I can tell you first class packages average between 3-5 weeks.  However I have seen first class packages arrive anywhere from 10 days to 9 weeks.  

Priority Mail: USPS quotes Priority shipping as "6-10 business days."  Please keep in mind this is the shipping time - customs will usually add time on to the delivery.  Most Priority Packages arrive within 10-30 days.

Express Mail:  USPS quotes Express shipping as "3-5 business days."  This is the shipping time but does not include the time required to clear through customs.  Most Express Packages arrive within 4-15 business days. 

DELAYS WITH CUSTOMS: Unfortunately I cannot control customs and there is nothing I can do if customs is delaying the package.  If customs is delaying the package.  If customs delays an item, it usually adds an extra few days at least. Although, I have had items delayed for a month.
