I love the horse...but wonder if it is big enough......Is the outside black? My monitor is
a bit messed up..The last photo is showing the inside, yes? It looks to be gray..is that right?

Thanks for looking and asking questions. Ht. 8" width 10" front to back depth 5". The inside is a shiny gray. The fringe is white, black and gray. The black denim has a texture to it.
