Description
The listing, Seagate ST1 5GB Compact Flash MicroDrive CF II card has ended.
Now Available to bid on is A Pre-Owned SEAGATE ST1 MicroDrive Type 2 Model #ST650211CF. I have quick formatted and tested the unit on a 7-In-1 Media Card Reader and it reads and transfers files perfectly. BTW, these little puppies are fast...3600 RPMs. Literally, these cards are tiny hard drives. Keep in mind that dropping these drives has the potential to damage them, so take care when transporting them.
According to my limited research these units are used in some: * Portable music players * Portable media players * PDAs * Digital still cameras * Digital video cameras * USB storage. I use one with my 7-In-1 Card Reader for quick easy backup and access. Please have a working knowledge of whether this drive is compatible with your needs before bidding. I think this is a pretty unique auction...I haven't seen one of these drives ever listed before.

Questions & Comments
Here's a little a more info on the card that I found: "These are often referred to as a 1-inch hard disk designed to fit in a CompactFlash (CF) Type II slot." Many of these dries 4GB and larger are often embedded in Pocket hard drives, "high end" mobile phones, music players, and other entertainment devices." Just a little more info that I thought might be helpful. Thanks for looking and thanks for bidding.
