10 KT gold filled ring with a blue square stone. has some weight to it.

I found a good sized group of rings in a small gold box in the bottom of a chest I purchased at an estate auction, this ring was in the box. I apologize if at anytime my descriptions seem vague, I will do the best I can.

it needs some cleaning and is gold filled not solid gold but it is a nice looking piece.I do not know what the stone is, it looks similar to a sapphire but because it is gold filled I believe it likely it is a costume stone piece. I am also not positive on size, I believe it to be approximately a size 6 1/2 or maybe a 7 BUT I cannot guarantee it. I initially thought it a mens ring but it seems sized rather small so am unsure.
