I needed one of these for my bluetooth mouse and cell, I ordered an extra to share with my friends here on Listia. Mine works great. Here are the specs.

I don't really think that's what this is for. It's made to connect to bluetooth devices. If the router were bluetooth then you could possibly connect to the internet through this, however I seriously doubt McDonald's router is bluetooth. I know it can be used in a pinch to get a dial up connection from a bluetooth enabled cell phone but I'm not sure about anything else.
