I have posted a photo of the serial number. I am fairly new to listia but it seems I've encountered someone determined to undermine my auction. Does anyone know if there is a way to report this sort of bullying behavior or put an end to it?

That won't be an issue; I always use tracking so the buyer knows when to expect the package. Sorry to hear about the ring you sold. I hope it wasn't very expensive.

I added pictures of the interior thouh they don't reveal very much since the interior is black. I held the bag under a light and it's still dark inside.

facebook or twitter is not necessary. just make sure you add your address. it is also a very good thing. overall you are doing good and pictures is a plus. the auction is doing well. so the more info the higher the bids. all the best and good luck. :)

Is the first picture of the back and the third of the front? I'm asking bc there is a difference in the bag since there is a leather piece in the middle of the handle straps in the third picture and but theres not in the first picture.. This could also be why people are saying this auction is not real.. I'm not being a bully or anything and especially not tryin to put you down just asking is all ((: best of luck to you! Yes... The bag has a front and a back which are similar but one side has leather trim. I believe there us a small pocket there, but I am at work so I will have to wait to get home. Also, one photo was shot with the bag laying on carpeting and in the other it is standing up. I only own one of these so I can assure you it is the same bag.

I added two more pictures that I had on my ipad. These show both sides. It is NOT two different bags. The bag was DESIGNED with two slightly different looking sides. I hope all this helps.

Just a few tips I noticed your feedback number is low so sell smaller items get your feedback # up people don't trust newbies. You came out swinging with a coach purse I know because I was accused of scamming and have been scammed. When it comes to coach women forget to hide their crazy it's not necessary to be ugly just don't bid. Good luck honey!

I have sold things on ebay before, but I've grown frustrated with buyers who don't pay. In one of my most recent transactions,a buyer tried to extort me into to giving her an item that she had won for free. Ebay was not very responsive even though it was apparent she had done the same thing to many others. So I thought I would try this since I am tring to find homes for things I no longer use. hon, just a tip. when you ship this make sure you put a tracking no. on it. I just had a person say they never received a ring I shipped so my ring is gone and so are my credits. as for the bullies on here if they don't want to bid then don't! you ARE NOT the Coach police!

to verify yourself such as address. go to account settings and then choose verify account/address. do that and things can get better. good luck.

To hide the comments look at the bottom of where they left their comments, I think that is where you will find hide.

I know you are frustrated. being new is not easy. first make sure you are verified. as for the comments you can hide them. I did look up this handbag on ebay. I found two. one brown and one black and pre-owned. I believe it is called the coach Hampton signature tote black/white. the style #f12645 does match. the only thing different is the first numbers. other than that I can not figure out why it would not be authentic. I'm not an expert. you can call coach 800 number or coach store to have them look it up. they can find any style. I have done this. I hope this helps and can figure out the reason for the comments. let me know what info u find out. go to ebay to completed listings to find the two handbags I found. good luck.

Okay. I blocked these people, but is there anything I can do about their lies? This bag is genuine. A few weeks ago I sold a Dooney and Bourke bag without any issues whatsoever! I don't know where this crazy element is coming from.
