I guess i said that wrong im not sure what to ship this in since it's thick and puffy i will ship in medium flat rate box i wont charge Paypal if u send shipping by email/mail. Tell me what i should have put?

If you are definitely using a priority flat box then you post the shipping as FLAT RATE and enter the dollar amount you want to charge.
But you are safe because you posted the amount you are charging for shipping in the description section even though the auction posting states Exact.

FREE - is unconditional; you must ship no matter how many credits you get for the item.
EXACT - is when shipping is calculated based on the weight of the package and the zip codes to & from are used to calculate the exact cost for first class/standard shipping.
FLAT RATE - is Priority Flat Rate shipping from the postal service with a set price for the package used OR a set price you determine you want to charge.

So in essence you are stating if someone emails you the shipping label it will be $11.30 if not if could be up to $13 fir shipping.

If you mail/email it it will be med flat rate fee it is $12.95 it is cheaper the way you do it though.
