I can vouch, it's legit. I have one in my collection already, otherwise I'd bid. If you do research, you'll find a lot of countries that have used 'foreign' currency at one point or another. They're usually "occupation notes" (when that country has been occupied by another, usually during a military conflict). Don't be afraid to bid because the above person was ill-informed. It's a legit bill, and somewhat rare as well. Occupation notes are typically hard to come by.
Not only I'm I flagging this but I am blocking you for being so mean and hurtful. I too thought this looked fishy so basically I'm ignorant and uninformed. Maybe if you had more information pertaining to this auction others wouldn't have questioned it. Shame on you!
Anyone truly interested in this item doesn't NEED its entire history spelled out. They're already educated on the subject or they wouldn't be looking at it in the first place.
Funny you blocked ME...I came on early this morning to block YOU. You see, "mean & hurtful" just rolls right off my back. I'm made of sturdier stuff. But "dumber than a box of rocks" gets me every time! LOL
Thank you, Carolyn. Both for your support, AND for reminding me that the vast majority of the members here DO have 2 brain cells to rub together. Love you!!
I wasn't "criticizing" the baby at all, just stating facts. And for the record, I'M not shallow enough to base my opinions of people on their looks. there are much more important criteria than that.
OMG there are some really uninformed and uneducated people that really should not comment unless you know for a fact and can list references look it up on Google.
