I cooked at an Assisted Living Facility where there where in residence many good cooks that use to share their recipes with me.One lady had made wedding cakes for a living and she shared with me her Groom's cake chocolate frosting recipe.
The icing is like eating a Chocolate Candy Bar !!
I have a grooms cake to make in a couple weeks..and this is the recipe I will be using for sure. :o)
Update: made this frosting for the wedding. The grooms cake was a bit unusual and had well LOTS of frosting. We had a chocolate fountain at the wedding, but people where dipping their strawberries in the frosting. It was absolutely delicious !!!
