This is one of the best chocolate mint fudge recipes I have tried. It is beautiful and delicious looking on a dessert plate; but the most charming quality about it is how exquisite it tastes. You can adapt the filling to the occasion. For Christmas, either red or green; and you may even want to put specks of candy cane in the filling. You could also make it orange for Halloween!
