This is an old(vintage) bone rose pendant.The chain is Gold Plated (on brass I think). These have been popular necklaces for decades, the earlier ones were made of Ivory , as ivory became harder and harder to get and eventually became illegal to take elephant tusks and walrus tusks , bone became popular as it looks very similar and is a by -product of the food industry..It also carves fairly easily ,so it was used up until around the 1950's /60's where plastic began to replace many things. I only accept Postal Money orders and concealed cash for shipping.
