She is saying that she needs at least 200 credits to be able to send it free. If it doesn't reach that, buyer needs to pay for shipping.

yeah but she is false advertising putting free shipping in the shippin info thne hiding info in description and has been reported and i never read coment any replies to me will be sent as harrassment as all commnet to me can and will be sent to laew enforcment

it's not false advertising , it's says claerly if it goes up to 200 credits i would pay for the shippoing if it didn't than it would cost the bidder $2.50 for shipping.
