In this auction you will receive what is pictured in the second picture. It is a sample pack that includes 3 Grab Tabs, one with directions.

I have had a lot of customers ask for samples of these because they wanted to 'try before they buy'. I have a few samples left. I am NO LONGER A Consultant (So it is legal for me to list this item) and I have no need for the sample packs. :)
