This has is crocheted in Red Heart Soft 100% acrylic yarn in 'paprika' which is a dark rust orange. The size can fit small to medium- I have a big head and they just slip right off of me lol. My model is almost 9 and it is slightly big on her, to give you some idea of the fit. For girls, tweens, and teens this is the PERFECT hat! Handmade in the USA in a smoke free and pet free home. Shipping is free in the US and Canada; foreign addresses pay exact shipping.

Laid flat this hat measures 8 inches across at the brim/band, which I guess makes it about a 16? Measures 8.5 inches from brim to the top of the hat when laid flat. Thanks for the question- I forgot to put measurements in my listing.
