i know he talks and i think he moves back and forth (like a waddle?) and he MAY light up but I cannot recall. I don't have a battery this size (they are those little ones that look like mini AA batteries).. if I come across one I will put it in him to find out. I have a Pikachu like this as well, but I decided to keep him and part with psyduck ^_^
