looks like it is a bit scuffed, it is not as bad as the other phone you auctioned off is it? the pics of that one made it look beat.

I have the same phone and it is amazing! I love it! The provider is AT&T and yes it takes a sim card. It also has a slot for a micro sd card for bigger memory!
