The listing, Pipe Dream Flowered Spring Dress XS has ended.

Pipe Dreams dress and sheer cropped jacket made in the USA. Pretty pastel tulip print. Top is smocked with some stretch to it. Natural waist with a lined straight skirt. Jacket has a fold down collar buttons down the front and is sheer. Both pieces are in excellent condition.

Depends on your height mid calf for most. This was my daughters who is 5' 2"' so it was ankle length on her.
