You might want to review listia rules and regulation's, because you can't do this.. Per listia rules, the bidder has "SEVEN" days to respond. You should know this..
and you can not keep their credits till after the seven day period.. It take's three days, to even request a refund.............

Credits Awarded to Seller when: 1.Winner does not contact or respond to seller in a reasonable amount of time (hense my time frame as others is 3 days)
2.Winner refuses to pay stated shipping charges
3.Winner backs out or does not want the item anymore ( Hence the no contact with in 3 days)
4.Winner claims a package is missing, but the seller has a valid tracking number
