No I don't so...I'm looking at the package it doesn't say anything about any service. it says you can
send & receive texts between your messengers
it can hold emails
has a calculator
a alarm clock
you can put a password to lock it.

Very kool fanned and watching. Kids would love this. Iv got a two and five yr old fighting over everything... This might help keep one buisy.. The two yr old now knows how to use my smart phone. The five yr old has had his OWN smart phone for a yr now. Lol so this would be great for them. The five ur old is learning to spell...
