I'm a certified nutritionist and personal trainer. I don't believe in magic weight loss pills or other over night result gimmicks. All you have to do is make a.Lifestyle Change. Control your portions, eat healthier and exercise of course on a regular basis. The only reason I am interested in this product I because I fell two weeks ago and broke my T3 &T4 vertebrates. Therefore I am on complete bed rest anywhere from three weeks to three months the doctor wants to see if it will heal.on its own before he contemplates surgery and with this product at least I will be getting some type of exercise. That is of course if someone doesn't outbid me. Keeping my fingers crossed!
