Is there a scratch going through the letters? And is it metal or plastic? Because the material underneath the scratch looks kind of whiteish though could just be glare or something o:

This ring is made of Metal. There are minor scratches on the flat surface. This ring has not been worn so any imperfections would have part of the manufacturing.
