I don't know which is better ..the cookies or the dough.

This is my own personal recipe that I created.

I cooked professionally for years and when ever I made these I had to keep an eye on the dough and finished product because if I turned my back they where gone before I could serve them.

I would love these for the holidays. I make a lot of different cheesecakes but never in a cookie. they look delicious.

I have to send it to you via Listia. So once you win a listing I have to log in and send it to you. So sometimes you may get the recipe right away if I'm on-line but if I'm not it may be awhile before I send it. Listia does not send it for me...wish they did. It would make it easier...LOL
