No stains, tears or anything else. We only used it like 3 times, my son didnt like to be swaddled.

my daughter is 7months old and i still swaddle her, she absolutly loves it, she sleeps all night when swaddled. she was born 2months early so while shes 7months old shes only 12lbs...this item is wonderful for babys!! a must have!
