The Nintendo Wi-Fi USB Connector is a Nintendo DS and/or WiiTM dedicated wireless access point that can be installed in a USB port on a PC. Your PC must be running the Windows® XP operating system for this device to work. Up to five Nintendo DS or Wii systems can connect up to the internet at one time using this USB connector. This instruction booklet will show you how to install and set up the Nintendo Wi-Fi USB Connector on your PC. To complete this setup and play Nintendo DS or Wii games over the internet, you will need the following, in addition to this USB connector: 1. A Nintendo DS or Wii video game system. 2. A Nintendo DS or Wii game that includes the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection feature. Look for this icon on Nintendo DS or Wii game packaging for games that include this feature. 3. A PC running the Windows XP operating system with an active broadband internet account. NOTE: Your PC must be turned on when using this USB Connector.
Local Pick up is if a seller & buyer live close enough and choose this method they can meet up for the transaction, whether than waiting on a package to ship and points granted.
I'm not sure exactly what your asking. It has to be plugged into a computer (computer on) for the gaming devices to connect. You have to have internet access already. It's to remote connect your game station ie the Wii or DS. It won't work as an internet connection for a computer w/o having internet. Does that help? Below I posted the link to the manual if I didn't answer your question.
Not a printed copy. I pasted the link to the entire manual above and copy and pasted info directly from it. All u have to do is go to the link I pasted in the comment earlier.
