Questions & Comments

For items like gift cards, we usually don't mind if you don't have it yet, just so long as you will shortly after the auction has ended. For pretty much everything, it must be in your possession before listing.

Yes, it was nice of the moderator to clear it up ,not just for me but for others that tend to harass people with these kinds of Auctions. I like doing this just so people have the choice of card and its nice for those that cant get out to get cards for special occassions . UNI likes to harass people... They wrote a comment on one of my auctions, and I called her out when I looked up the rules and told her she was wrong. Thanks! Queen, Uni has been blocked from my site, but yea I agree with you. However Red Lobster is Not one that I can get I don't think? I could try though! Not sure if there is one in my area~ Thanks for looking, and good luck! My best advice to you is that if anyone harasses you on here just block them, cause they aren't worth the time to get stressed out over! Wow cool auction great time to win this....omg is this person uni stalking you , hey uni you missed this part I take it in rules >•Harassing other members through the message system, personal e-mail or any other system< is Prohibited repeated violation rules may result in a premanent account suspension. Seems you fall under that,now that your posting same on another sellers listing.
The 10 days is what listia asks to try and wait before re-listing an item not a ship time that was from listia kevin on asking how long to wait when not hearing from bidder, so I guess you have a lot of work to do for someone who does not work for listia, its ones like you that turn people off when offering items on here. Many can not get out to stores or have money to get gift cards and not all like the same places , I like the choice auctions seen 100's of them on here, guess you missed a few 100. Sorry angels this person is way out of hand, down to stalking you I would report her & block user gl all

hi again. i saw your comments in this auction http://www.listia.com/auction/1303153 and just wish to point out that all my comments only contain facts as stated by Listia. i only provide the info to inform those not aware in auctions that conflict with Listia.

as for sellers or buyers having lives outside Listia, they legally agreed to accept the Rules and Terms when they signed up for Listia and thus the responsibilities specified by those policies to meet as a seller for a winner and vice versa, and so should remember and be aware of and perform them. otherwise they should not be listing auctions or bidding on them when they cannot meet their Listia responsibilities or are unable to.
