FREE: yellow angel trumpets

The listing, yellow angel trumpets has ended.

You are bidding on 2 5" UNROOTED cuttings from a brugmansia ( family Solanaceae ) or angel trumpet. These will be freshly trimmed from the plant shown, it has a large golden flower with a bit of pink that shows up as the blossom matures.
These plants also have a definate aroma, very sweet, it really scents up my greenhouse.
They will be shipped wrapped in wet papertowels and saran wrap in a small priority box, so they get there quick. If bidding goes over 2500 I will add a third cutting and some angel trumpet (datura ) seeds.

Propagation with cuttings:
I cut one limb off about a week and a half ago and put the pieces in a jar with water about 2" deep with just a teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide added, in my brightest window. One piece already has a rootlet about 1" long, and rootlet nubs are showing on several of the other pieces. I change the water when it begins to look a bit cloudy. I got a different color start from another Listian and it is also showing root nubs after only 1 week. I have heard that you can stick the cuttings in soil to root them also, but I have not tried that method.
