Sure ill check the box for ya love like I said I have only used it once and I don't really know to much about it! Because it was after a car accident when I got it it worked well enough that I didn't have any use for it because it is for my active people that do strainous activity! And that's not me the most strainous part of my day is getting my laundry out of my washer and in to the dryer lol but ill deffinatly look at the it and get back to you ;)

Ok Ashley I went one the web site they don't go by numbers the model is Acu xpo lol didn't know that but now I do !! I have added a new picture from the website I purchased it from at took a snap shot of the page for you to take a look :) I'm really sorry I could be more help But the the Pulse frequency is 100h7 and the Efective voltage is 10v hope this helps!
