You're bidding on a lot of 16 Japanese Pokemon cards from the vending series 3 promo set.These cards are hand drawn and some hand written. These are promo cards released only in Japan.
The Pikachu card alone is worth about $25 on eBay.

This card was never released in English. The entire card is hand drawn, as are several of the bonus cards released in the Expansion Sheet collection. This is one of several 'spoof' cards that were featured exclusively in Japanese releases. Kouichi Ooyama is featured in the bottom right corner.
I don't think this is a playing set but more of a promotion which is probably why they were not released in the US.
I found this in my storage so they've been in the card sleeves shown and never played with.
