I am reaching out for anyones help I can get!! Please, please support me on this. I won an auction from a seller on here for a ring. I requested more pics of the ring after the auction ended because after viewing the pics again I noticed in the blurred pic with the 10kt mark that the ring looked to be re-sized. The seller never posted pics of the side of the ring or the bottom in the listing and the ring is flatten on the sides and thin on the bottom. They sent pics to my email of the sides and the bottom showing it flattened and thin. A mod just went in there favor and let them keep the ring and my credits!!! The first rule on Listia is to post great pics of the item. Please view this link and I hope you will help and send a message to Listia as well. THIS IN THE MOST UNJUST THING!! The Moderator was on the listing within minutes after I opened the dispute which "NEVER HAPPENS" and closed the dispute in there favor!!!!! Something is stinking here for sure!! Please view the listing, there is not one pic of the side of the ring or the bottom!!! They never posted in the listing that the ring had been re-sized or that it was flat on the sides and thin on the bottom from being re-sized. The Moderator called it buyers remorse! I have been ripped off!

Thay is awful!! Why would they allow them to get away with that?? That is not right by no means. And it doesn't sound like buyers remorse to me. That is so unfair!! I'm sorry this happened to you!!
