the charger is just the mini USB kind. my phone and kindle fire use the same chargers. hope this helps some of you asking about a charger. it can be any mini USB its not a one of a kind

Why not have them fix it? I have a Kindle Fire and absolutely LOVE it!!! When I had a problem with mine, they didn't give me any hassle about fixing it!! Is it brand new or refurbished? Does it come with the charger and/or a case??

I am not sure if it was brand new or not, I was bidding on it for my oldest daughter and she was so excited but it wont turn on and I think it came from overseas, the invoice they sent me was not your nornal invoice.

Thankk you but I don't think I can pull it I had a battery that I tried to delete but someone had bid on it and I updated twice telling people not to bid and I guess some just don't read the comments.

i have one too and my verizon phone charger will work but my wifes cricket phone charger will not. these are two different phones.
