Based on the size and weight the shipping fee is very reasonable. If you pay with paypal and the shipping is less I will gladly reimburse you any overage. I do not list items intending to make money on shipping :-) hope that helps.

Just the machine itself not sand or other components .It is has the machine plug and inside rotating cup. Hope that helps I am away from the computer at the moment so I hope this loads correctly.
