Winner of auction will recieve 5 silly bands at random. Starting bid is low so the more bids that are offered the more silly bands will be given.

Starting bid is 50 for 5 silly bands
If bids reach 200 winner will get 10
If bids reach 500 winner will get 30

And so on...
