yeah you can't keep the credits and not ship the items, all the buyer has to do is request a refund and they get their credits back

As it states in Listia terms and policies. It is a bad idea to ship to unverified addresses I am more than happy to help someone get their address verified and or will wait for them to do so for a reasonable amount of time. And of course I will honor any refund request within Listia rules.
