ok guys let me clear the memory module up a bit. a DDR memory module boosts memory in the computer. mostly for desktops because laptops and notebooks have thumb drives. To SEE which fit your computer. unplug everything from your modem first. second unscrew the silver thumb screw in the back right side of the modem. Slide the panel back and lift off. put the modem on its side and Locate the memory module ports.usually if your computer is stock you only have one card and one other slot open. the slots have two White clips to unlock and pop the module out, one on each side. just pop it out and read it. theres only ONE WAY to put the memory module back in. the other way will not go.

all you gotta do is read really. the pictures are self explanitory if you take your modem with you and follow the steps you can teach yourself.

lol its not a paper manual. its the users manual ICON thats on the desktop of the computer . its trouble shooting or the "help" part under accessories from the start menu.
