This is a pair of anheuser busch beer bottle caps from the 40's. cork backed, never been on a bottle.
the one on the left is a budweiser beer bottle cap. on the right is a bottle cap that was used during world war 2 for the beer that was sent to the gi's. the cap was pressed out of a sheet of metal that had little budweiser logos all over it.the beer was free to our armed forces so i guess the brewery used a more economical cap than the one made for each bottle in color. these are very collectible caps.
