Since the COA was never applied to a PC, I am thinking it was never used. This came to us in a lot of OE software we got in -- Most of which was never used.......like I have close to 60 copies of Windows Server VLK software that was never used...but you would need the COA for those.......Hope that helps

HEY EVERYONE...... I opened the jewel case and looked at the CD, it does look like it has been used -- SO if you get it and it does not work, let me know and I will refund your credits when you return the disc and COA as it is now......Sound fair? I'm pretty sure you will not have any issues with it. -- ALSO IT SAYS IT FOR 32 BIT ONLY-----THANKS
