Nothing is deceiving about his listing. I actually have a copy of this game with no case or booklet, if it was free shipping I would bid. People just need to learn to read before they get all excited and bid. Bids can not be taken or given back, once you bid that's it unless someone else outbids you.

It says in the title (READ) it also says in the description clear as day that is it the super mario bros case for nintendo ds. TWICE. Im sorry but I did not deceive anyone, it is clearly stated in the title and description.
