No wi fi..not 3g or 4g..u can get the web but not the greatest since screen is smaller & no contract pay month by month on metro.

Unlocked? It doesn't have a card if that's what u mean. Just take it to Metro PCS & put it your name to start using it. Comes with the battery & charger.
