Oh, I am not sure-. The Model is MD-4331 you can google and get all the features offered on this mode. I really have not used this. I was going to use it for music put never got to it. I am sorry.

Please if any of you have helpful information please post. I have posted the model number so you are able to google and see what the product offers. Any added information would be great. We all know it is not an Apple so no mean comments are needed. We all have troubles out of our devices no matter what brand. This product is what is is. i happen to have this tablet its nice not bad at all. i got the mid7048-4 which is 7 in screen runs on android 4.0 ice cream sandwich, its quite similar to yours mine has 1 gig ram. bigmike11 has the right specs. I do want to say that the tablet is not bad it has a great screen hi def, the wifi connection has really good reception i never had ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT. takes good pictures i never thought anything coby was any good but , but after checking it out its not bad its well made and i was impressed by the fact that the tablet is solid, well made. you can get apps for it and is good for music and video. I have the same problem i got it as a gift and only used it for no more than a few times just to check it out, i have a very fast computer and a macbook. So i dont use it very often.

You can have an android with get jar... Iv got 5 with get jar not google and they ARE.ANDROIDS.. They arent as good.if.ur.used.to.using google play. But.i get by want to bid on this for my five yr old...hes always useing mine
